New Term- New You

With the schools returning from summer break next week, it's time to refocus on YOU!

Whether you're a parent who's been juggling that work/ life balance for the past 6 weeks or a Grandparent who has come to the rescue with extra childcare assistance, the likelihood is you may have let 'your' goals take a slide over summer.

Well September is the time to change all that....time to re-focus, set new fitness aims and get yourself feeling fantastic as we move towards Autumn.

Here at Class Fitness we're ready to help you achieve those ambitions with our full timetable up and running again from the 1st week of September:

Classes include Weight loss support, Pilates, Burn 'n ' Firm, Body Blast, Fitsteps, Walk/Run Club and

NEW to MONDAY's ..........

We're excited to announce that Monday night's are having a shake up with the introduction of our newly named

'Monday Motivator class'.

With the help of the fabulously talented instructors Hayley Astle and Amanda Blundy supporting me, we're now able to deliver a rolling programme of classes on a Monday to get your fitness 'fired up' and your mojo 'lifted'......

We'll be delivering high energy, fun workouts in the form of Zumba, High Intensity Aerobics, Clubbercise and Pound ...

Dates and venues until October half term are as follows:

2nd September - Aerobics with Di @ Upton Community Hall

9th September - Clubbercise with Amanda @ St Columbas

16th September - Pound with Hayley @ St Columbas

23rd September - Dance Fitness with Di @ St Columbas

30th September - Zumba with Hayley @ St Columbas

7th Oct -Aerobics with Di @ Upton URC

14th Oct - Clubbercise with Amanda @ St Columbas

21st Oct - Zumba/Pound mix with Hayley @ St Columbas

All sessions will be 6.30-7.30pm

Please note the change of venues for the 1st Monday of each month as we shall no longer be using Hoole Primary School........

As a one off on Sept 2nd we'll be using Upton Community Hall off Demage Lane, Upton near to the Upton Golf Course

Going forward, our new regular 1st Monday of the month venue will be Upton United Reformed Church, Heath Road, next to the Wheatsheaf pub.

At all other times we'll be in our regular haunt - St Columbas Church Hall, Plas Newton Lane.

Classes are £5 PAYG or can be used as one of your membership sessions. Class Passes can also be used.

Weighing Scales will also be available at the the beginning of all Di's sessions giving you that added 'weight loss' incentive if you'd like it.

PLEASE NOTE however... 'USE IT or LOOSE IT' applies to the Monday night classes....

Having suffered with diminishing numbers over Summer this class really needs you to get behind it if you want to see it continue post October.....

We'll do our very best to deliver you high quality, fun workouts, suitable for all levels of ability....so do come and join the party and reap the rewards on offer with like minded friends.

As in incentive ....if you bring along a new member to the class during September we'll be happy to give you your class for FREE!

It's great to see so many of you signing up to the new block of pilates starting next week.

If you haven't let me know whether you are returning to class please do so ASAP so I can let others know of spaces becoming available.

Wednesday night's class 7.45-8.45pm still has space available for anyone wishing to enroll. £36 for the full 6 weeks - suitable for a range of abilities.

Reminder ....As we enter a new month next week the usual 1st Tuesday of the Month (as well as Monday) venue changes also occur...

Tues 3rd Sept, 9.30am weight loss and 10.15am Burn 'n' Firm moves to Upton United Reformed Church

As does 11.15am Pilates!

And Finally.....don't want to say it but here goes...'Christmas'!!!

I know it seems a long way off but it's time to book our Christmas party night. In the mix this year for consideration are the 'themed' nights at Rossett Hall, The Grosvenor, Pulford and Thornton Hall or standard festive nights @ The Mill Hotel, Carden Park, Double Tree Hilton or Crowne Plaza.

Please can you get looking at each of these and let me know your thoughts....let's get a date in the diary ASAP so we all have something to work towards!
