FitSteps® is an energetic, upbeat 'dance fitness' class devised by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe.

The dance based workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom (think Waltz or Foxtrot) and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances (eg Salsa, Jive or Cha Cha Cha) to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re working out.

No partner is required and the great thing is that all the steps can be modified to suit a range of ages and abilities!

Sessions are 60mins duration with no special equipment required...just come in your gym kit and smooth soled trainers.
