This is our Wednesday evening class giving the body a midweek 'blast'
The 60 minute session combines high intensity interval training methods (HIIT) with strength and conditioning exercises for a full body workout.
As a minimum, exercise mats are required, but often other equipment such as hand-weights, kettle bells or resistance bands are used.
(clients are encouraged to bring their own where possible for hygiene purposes).
Exercises can be modified to accommodate varying ages and abilities, however not recommended as an entry level exercise class or for clients who have not exercised in a while.
