At the helm of Class Fitness is Di Harris. With a previous 10 year career in rehabilitation and 5 years working in the health and fitness industry she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with her clients.
Our timetable offers a varied programme of classes which are inclusive for all, personal, effective and fun!
Beyond the timetable Class Fitness is also a great community...bringing like minded ladies together in social and sporting activities throughout the year.
