Burn 'n' Firm

As the name suggest, this class 'burns' calories and 'firms' muscles by combining an aerobic activity and a toning section to each class.


The sessions vary each week to get the best training effect and to keep you entertained!


Styles of class may include 'old school' aerobics, body conditioning with light hand weights/resistance bands, low impact interval training or circuit training etc.

The 60 minute  exercise is predominantly standing based, with 10-15mins mat work (optional).


Clients are requested to bring their own mats and equipment where possible for hygiene purposes.


Suitable for all, but particularly well suited for a more mature audience or for clients who have not exercised in a while or value exercise modifications.
