With school holidays falling a little differently for everyone this spring and Easter being quite late, I wanted to let you know how this affects classes with Class Fitness:
Week Commencing 8th April: We are only running our Zumba class on Monday night @ 6.30pm, St Columbas Hall with Debbie.
All other classes, usually with Di, are closed this week.
Week Commencing 15th April: All classes are back up and running, including the first week of a new 6 week block of pilates on Tuesday daytime and Wednesday evening.
Week Commencing 22nd April: All classes are running except Zumba on Monday 22nd as this Easter Monday! So again, please don't make the trip out on Easter Monday.
Week Commencing 29th April: Things should be back to normal, unless I've injured myself in the London Marathon!
Please make a note of these changes and if your usual class will be closed why not make use of a different class on the timetable for that week?
If you're training for a sporting event this summer and want to give your performance that extra edge have you considered adding pilates into your exercise regime?
With exercises that strengthen your core and gluteals and release the hamstrings, hip flexors and back you're sure to see improvements in your ability.
Just the other day a new client commented on her improved cycle riding after completing the last 6 week block.
And another client couldn't believe the difference in her golf swing after using pilates as a warm up session.
Spaces are available in all three classes for this next block but limited in the Tuesday daytime sessions so please get in touch ASAP to reserve your space.
Mats are no longer going to be supplied as standard practice in pilates classes. Spares will be available for new starters and those who have forgotten to bring one but these will be limited and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
All regular attendees are therefore now expected to bring their own mats.
If you have reserved one of those I have for sale, these will be available for you on the first session back next week.
We will be supporting those of you with weight to lose, in setting some summer incentive challenges in the months of May, June and July.
