FitSteps® is an energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real measurable fitness results, devised by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe.
The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting fit.

Improve strength, flexibility, balance and core with our mat based pilates sessions run as a progressive course over 6 weeks. Pre-booking onto the course is required. Groups are kept small to allow for observation and support from instructor. Pre-course consultation required to assess needs and decide group level.
1:1 private sessions can also be arranged for clients requiring a more personal approach.
Di's Running Club
A small, ladies only running/walking club suitable for the novice, beginner and intermediate runner. We particularly specialise in 0-5k programmes and like to encourage our members to train towards a goal such as 'Race for Life' or other 'fun' racing events.
Burn and Firm
A varied programme of exercise including aerobics, body conditioning, combat training, circuits and interval training. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Group exercise class using high intensity interval training and resistance training methods to give your body a mid-week 'blast'. Suitable for all ages and abilities as exercises are fully adaptable.

A fantastic low impact class to strengthen your body. It combines ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, yoga and strength training. 30 mins is spent at the ballet barre focusing on moves such as plies and squats and 15 mins is taken down onto the mat for further strengthening and lengthening exercises.
