Hi Folks....how are we all doing? Are you managing to keep it all together, or like me, do you have good and bad days? I think we can all agree that there is no, one, right way to navigate through these unprecedented times but I know that by keeping the weekly structure of our classes going I'm getting up with purpose each day and my spirits are raised by working out together and seeing your friendly faces. From feedback I know that others of you feel the same ........
It has been fantastic that so many of you have taken on the challenges of Facebook and ZOOM and have joined us in finding our feet 'online' during the past month, thank you for coming over with me and for keeping our community alive. It's been fabulous seeing you working out in kitchens, conservatories and even enjoying alfresco workouts in your gardens. I've also been greatly amused by seeing how resourceful you can all be when you haven't got access to weights/bands/poles etc!
Unfortunately, with little prospect of a return to normal on the horizon just yet, I am predicting that we shall be continuing our online timetable for at least the month of May. So here's how it will continue to look and here's hoping that you will join me:
Charges continue to apply for all classes so we're offering a number of different packages to hopefully suit all pockets and tastes. These range from PAYG, ZOOM sessions (Fitsteps or Pilates) to monthly packages covering all classes and content on offer in our 3 Facebook groups (see below):
(If your circumstances have recently changed however I should not like to think of you being unable to access our resources. Therefore, please do get in touch with us to negotiate a package that works for you at this time and if you have already taken us up on an offer please do feel free to continue with whatever we have set for the forseeable!).
All packages and classes can now easily be paid for and booked into, online too, via our booking platform Gymcatch. Just search for Class Fitness as the provider.
And don't forget that if you use the discount code CFloyalty you'll receive a 25% discount on any purchase.
You can also continue to pay via standing order if this is your chosen method (but please do cancel this should you like to opt out for a while).
If you paid for April classes via Gymcatch it is my understanding that you'll be offered the option to renew for another month when your subscription is due to end soon.
And should we of course be miraculously let back into the real world at some point in the next month, we will of course honour any payments you have made against any community classes on offer.
If this rings true for some of you (it certainly does me), then we're absolutely going to be using May to get back on top of bad habits that have been slipping in. For nutrition and weight loss support be sure to get signed up as a member of our closed Facebook members group!
And don't forget that other local fitness instructors are also continuing their online classes too so do check in on them too.
