With scenes like this across the country this weekend I do hope that you made the most of things and got outdoors.
It's been a long time coming but it's wonderful to see the sun make an appearance at last.

So speaking of the week ahead..... Venue Changes!
Please do note that as we enter another new month, venue changes this week are as follows:
Monday 1st July - Zumba @ 6.30pm moves to Hoole Primary School
Tuesday 2nd July - Weight Loss Support, Burn 'n' Firm @ 10.15am and 11.15am Pilates all move to the NEW 1st Tuesday of the month venue - Upton United Reformed Church (next to the Wheatsheaf Pub). (please note that this is now our permanent 1st Tuesday of the month venue).
Did you know that whilst we have the talented and gorgeous Hayley Astle working with us over the next few weeks you can get to try the new fitness sensation that is 'Pound Fitness'!? Inspired by playing the drums, this cardio jam workout helps you release your inner rock star and burn plenty of calories at the same time. See for yourselves........

CLUBBERCISE!! -Where a night out is brought to your workout with Fun easy-to-follow dance routines using rave glow sticks & disco lights.
Massive thanks to the fabulous Amanda Blundy who will be hosting the sessions for us @ St Columbas Hall, 6.30 - 7.30pm on both of the above dates.
Wear your NEON ladies and come party through the decades with all the classic club anthems of the 90's to the current day! Usual session price £5 per person and all welcome.... Go tell your mates!
(please note that this session will be conducted in a darkened room with flashing disco lights).
These Monday dates then bring us to our Class Fitness Summer Holidays.....Where all classes shall break for 2 weeks.
Please put in your diaries that there will be NO classes Weeks commencing July 29th and August 5th.
We shall return week commencing 12th August with a reduced summer timetable as no pilates courses will be running and Monday night's are yet to be confirmed.
Once again we are seeing some great results with clients attending our current pilates courses. These will end on 9/10th July and a new 6 week block will commence again in the first week of September.
However......if you cant wait that long .....during the summer break we shall once again be hosting a series of 'drop in' pilates sessions suitable for all abilities and particularly good if you are thinking about wanting to start pilates and want to see if it's right for you.
These will be £6 PAYG and open to all (minimum of 6 participants required for session to go ahead).
It is proposed that these will be as follows:

June weight Loss Challenge
Don't forget that this week is 'weigh in week' for the 4 week June challenge. Remember to bring your challenge cards for stamping and be ready to hand them in for the big draw! Winner to be revealed by the end of the week.
