Spring is in the Air

What a glorious weekend we've just had. Here's hoping that we get to see more of the sun this week, particularly as for many of you it's half term holidays, which hopefully you will be enjoying with family.

Speaking of Half Term, here's how it affects classes:

NO ZUMBA - Monday 18th Feb'19 as Deb is away

NO PILATES all week - 18th-22nd Feb

All other classes are ON as usual!!!

So if you are looking for an alternative class please check out the timetable:

Pilates

Pilates courses will resume on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th Feb'19 and run for 6 weeks until 2nd and 3rd April'19.

Usual cost £36 for the whole block or £24 minimum for 4 weeks.

A couple of Spaces are available in all 3 classes, please contact me for further info and to book on:

Mixed ability - Improver level

Tuesday pm (1.30-2.30pm @ Hoole Community Centre)

Mixed ability - Beginner/ Consolidator level

Wednesday pm (7.45-8.45pm @ Upton United Reformed Church)

Mixed Ability - Beginner/Improver Level

NOTICE RE PILATES MATS......................

Due to the high level of maintenance required in keeping mats clean and due to the bulky nature of lifting and handling of them I plan to cease bringing mats to classes (except for emergency spares and for new folk) from mid April'19.

If you are a regular attendee, I am therefore requesting that you buy your own mat in preparation for this change in arrangements.

Please ask if you should like recommendations of the type to buy or if you are interested in buying one of my limited number of second hand mats which will be available.

All other equipment for classes will continue to be supplied as usual.

Fitsteps/Zumba

Please note in your diaries the following class changes:

Monday 4th March Zumba session will be replaced with a fabulous, fusion dance fitness session of Zumba and Fitsteps co-taught by Di and Deb.

This will be at Hoole Primary School,CH2 3HB, 6.30-7.30pm.

Fitsteps on Thursday 7th March however is CANCELLED due to a family commitment.

(Deb I'm sure will accomodate any usual Fitsteppers into her Zumba class @ Hoole Community Centre on the Thursday @ 6.30pm if you can't make the Monday Class).

Sorry for the inconvenience but the Monday class should be lots of FUN!
