All classes are changed every three months with new music and choreography.

BODYJAM
A 55 minute workout with funky soundtracks and hot dance moves. Its cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement. You will burn calories, sweat it out, increase your fitness levels and learn to dance better.

BODYPUMP
Burn up to 600 calories per class
The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Its a toning and conditioning class with weights for everybody who wants to add strength training to their aerobic workout.

BODYBALANCE
Restores balance to your world
This is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm. A 55 minute group exercise class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.

BODYCOMBAT
Burn up to 600 calories per class
A non-contact martial arts based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55 minute class is an exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

RPM
Burn up to 800 calories per class
This is a 50 minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.
